ΒΌ cup rice wine-vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon honey
Add your favorite veggies such as zucchini, squash, asparagus spears, red bell peppers, orange bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, eggplant, purple onions, and mushrooms.
Wisk all ingredients except the veggies in a bowl. Add veggies and marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Grill or broil 5 minutes on each side or to your preferred doneness.
